4. Create any synthetic endorsement, recommendation, testimonial, statement, interview, communication, likeness, avatar, chatbot, spokesperson, virtual assistant, digital twin, voice clone, or AI-generated representation associated with any protected individual.
5. Suggest, imply, represent, or otherwise create the impression that any protected individual has endorsed, approved, authorized, sponsored, supported, participated in, or is affiliated with any AI system, product, technology, service, organization, individual, or content.
